Justin Bieber’s overtaken Lady Gaga to become the most popular celebrity on Twitter. Both have been hovering around the 33 million mark, but Bieber overtook her by several thousand Monday night.
Gaga acknowledged his growing Twitter fan base January 13th, tweeting, “So proud of Justin Bieber and all the Beliebers! I’m only happy to see your fans growing in size, you all deserve it!”
Gaga held the title of ‘most followed’ on Twitter after queen Britney Spears led in 2010.
Katy Perry’s in third place, Rihanna is in fourth, ahead of U.S. President Barack Obama in 5th place.
