Ten celebrity moms who’ve used their fame to make a difference have been honoured by Parents Magazine. Topping a list of the most charitable moms in Hollywood:  Sandra Bullock and Angelina Jolie. Bullock adopted a baby, Louis, in New Orleans in 2010, and was acknowledgeded for her disaster relief efforts while Jolie, with six, was hailed for her work as a United Nations Goodwill ambassador. Actor Jennifer Garner was recognized for her efforts to promote literacy;  Madonna, for promoting education in her adopted daughter’s country, Malawi, and both Jenny McCarthy and Holly Robinson-Pete were mentioned for raising autism awareness. Also recognized was singer Gwen Stefani.
