The 6th Annual Pooch Plunge


The London Dog Owners Association is hosting the 6th Annual Pooch Plunge on Sunday, September 2 at the Stronach Pool. The plunge is designed to give people a chance to legally take a dip in the city! Plus, money raised goes to fund a great cause – the Cedar Row Sanctuary.

The Cedar Row Sanctuary is a Family Run Haven for Farm Animals in Southwestern Ontario. Cedar Row Farm Sanctuary, located just outside Stratford, is a place of hope for animals rescued from the abuse, neglect, and slaughter found on meat, milk and egg farms. Hundreds of farm animals, including goats, pigs, sheep, donkeys, chickens and ducks have been rescued since the sanctuary began in 1999. The Sanctuary was founded and is cared for by the Poole Family who rely on donations to cover the financial needs of the sanctuary.
