Myeloma Walk of Champions


The Myeloma Walk of Champions is being held on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at the Dorchester Optimist Club. Multiple Myeloma is a cancer of the plasma cells in the bone marrow. Each year, 2100 Canadians are diagnosed with this treatable, but incurable disease. The money raised from the walk this year will go to support clinical trials for Myeloma at the London Regional Cancer Program.

9am-10am: registration
9:50am: warmup exercise
10:15am: 5k walk begins
10:30am: 2k walk begins
11:30am: lunch
