A 5 year old girl in Vancouver Island, British Columbia is being hailed as a hero for calling 911 when her mom fell in the backyard after suffering a seizure.
Rebekah Simpson was obviously terrified when she made the call, but she remembered what her Grandfather taught her about what to do in an emergency. That call saved her mom’s life.
The RCMP are also saying that she may have also saved the life of her little brothers from drowning as there was a children’s pool filled with water in the backyard where their mother lay unconcious.
