Newly single Katy Perry has been linked to John Mayer after the singers enjoyed a night out together on Wednesday at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood before leaving and getting into a car with him. Her divorce from Russell Brand was finalized last month. She also met up with Mayer in June at a private members’ club in Los Angeles, where Us Weekly magazine claimed the couple was “affectionate, holding hands and cuddling”.  Perry admitted to a crush on John Mayer before ever marrying Brand, during a 2009 interview on an Australian radio show, insisting, “I’d definitely sing the bleep out of him though.
