In 2010, Annie Lennox branded men “a huge disappointment in relationship terms” and feared she’d never find a long term partner.

She dated fellow Eurythmic, Dave Stewart from 1976-1980. She divorced her first husband, Radha Raman, in 1985 after a year-long union, and her second marriage to record producer Uri Fruchtman collapsed in 2000 after 12 years. But last year she began dating a South African medical doctor.  They met through his charity work in Africa helping mothers infected with HIV.  His HIV charity is Mothers2Mothers, in Cape Town.  She has set up an HIV-awareness organisation called SING, and has won a Woman of the Year award for raising awareness about HIV and Aids.
