Just when you finally got that nefarious, puke-fest known as “Friday” out of your head– guess what?
Rebecca Black is back with…you guessed it….Saturday.
Watch at your own risk.
Check out the letter to Santa that seven year old Homer Mellen wrote here in London back in 1915!
The letter was found in a box of keep-sakes owned by Mellen’s granddaughter, Laurie Bloomfield, who lives in Nova Scotia. She sent the letter to Good Morning America as a way to demonstrate that kids were much more humble in their requests back then…compared to the kids these days. (Think of the girl whose recent Christmas wish included every toy known to man AND $1000 !)
He asks for a box of paints and a nine cent reader.
Our favourite part is when he asks if Santa has any nuts to spare!
Congrats to the Holiday for the Holidays winner Natalie who dropped in today to gloat about her trip to the Grand Palladium White Sands Resort and Spa Imperial Club, Riviera Maya, Mexico flying DIRECT from London with Transat Holidays from TripCentral.ca! You want to go on a trip as well? We have another trip to CUBA up for grabs if you are a BOBaholic…click here to check it out!
Within minutes of the the 9AM off site meeting staff left the Grand Ballroom of the 4 Points by Sheraton saying that the plant here in London will close by the end of 2014. 500 jobs will be lost.
Check out Corey Perry making it happen even when he’s down and out!
